This interview deals with arts education in Iran. After the Islamic Revolution of 1979, a drastic change occurred in arts education. In terms of aim, arts education in Iran assumed a teleological orientation according to which art should be a process aimed at appreciating the manifestation of God's beauty in the world. As for curricular subjects, some branches of art such as dance are prohibited or used in modified and restricted forms. Arts education has a marginalized position in Iran for two reasons: one, which is more or less global, is that science and mathematics are widely granted a superior position in education, and the other is based on a religious understanding of some arts being inherently associated with sinful activities prohibited in Islam. However, a development in this religious understanding has led to a critical approach according to which the alleged association with sinful activity is denied and thus the prohibited forms of art can be allowed under some conditions. This new approach may have different educational consequences in the realm of arts education.  相似文献

??????? 目的 探索在保证护理安全的基础上提升护理工作效率的方法。 方法 按实施不同制度的时间段将患者分为A组和B组,A组实行三级责任护理管理制度;B组在实行三级责任护理管理制度并对现有病区进行合理分区的基础上,依据患者危重分级和护理人员分层来分配每个床单位的责任护士(双向分层管理制度),两组进行护理总时数、所护理的患者人数、不同危重分级患者的平均护理时数、同一患者不同危重分级平均天数等比较。 结果 B组中不同分层护理人员所护理的患者危重分级与护理时数成正比,但总护理时数相近,所护理人数随危重分级提高而减少,危重分级1级患者平均住院天数明显下降。 结论 双向分层管理组相对于三级责任护理管理组更能保证护理安全、提升护理工作效率。  相似文献

The critical time interval (CTI) is a parameter that has been used to distinguish open-loop from closed-loop control during upright stance. The aim of this study was to develop a new method to determine CTIs. The new approach, termed the intermittent critical time interval (ICTI) method, was motivated from evidence that upright standing is an intermittent rather than an asymptotic stability control process. For this ICTI method, center-of-pressure time series are first transformed to the time–frequency domain with a wavelet method. Subsequently, the CTI is assumed equal to the time span between two local maxima in the time–frequency domain within a distinct frequency band (i.e., 0.5–1.1 Hz). This new method may help facilitate better estimates of the transition time interval between open and closed-loop control during upright stance and can also be applied in future work such as in simulating postural control. In addition, this method can be used in future work to assess temporal changes in CTIs.  相似文献

To define the molecular mechanism(s) of carvedilol inhibition of lipid peroxidation we have utilized model systems that allow us to study the different reactions involved in this complex process.

Carvedilol inhibits the peroxidation of sonicated phosphatidylcholine liposomes triggered by FeCl2 addition whereas atenolol, pindolol and labetalol are ineffective. The inhibition proved not to be ascribable (a) to an effect on Fe2+ autoxidation and thus on the generation of oxygen derived radical initiators; (b) to the scavenging of the inorganic initiators O·-2 and ·OH; (c) to an effect on the reductive cleavage of organic hydroperoxides by FeCl2; (d) to the scavenging of organic initiators. The observations that (a) carvedilol effectiveness is inversely proportional to the concentration of FeCl2 and lipid hydroperoxides in the assay; (b) the drug prevents the onset of lipid peroxidation stimulated by FeCl3 addition and; (c) it can form a complex with Fe3+, suggest a molecular mechanism for carvedilol action. It may inhibit lipid peroxidation by binding the Fe3+ generated during the oxidation of Fe2+ by lipid hydroperoxides in the substrate. The lag time that carvedilol introduces in the peroxidative process would correspond to the time taken for carvedilol to be titrated by Fe3+; when the drug is consumed the Fe3+ accumulates to reach the critical parameter that stimulates peroxidation. According to this molecular mechanism the antioxidant potency of carvedilol can be ascribed to its ability to bind a species, Fe3+, that is a catalyst of the process and to its lipophilic nature that concentrates it in the membranes where Fe3+ is generated by a site specific mechanism.  相似文献

在(22.0±0.5)℃条件下,将人工孵化的南方鲇仔鱼分别于出膜后4、5、6、7天进行首次投喂(其中4d的为对照组),首次投喂前(出膜后4d)取样测量体长、体重、身体含能量作为初始值,于出膜后7d(延迟投喂实验)和21d(继续喂养实验)分别测定体长、体重、身体所含能量和临界游泳速度。结果显示:延迟投喂实验结束时各处理组的体重、身体含能量和体长随首次投喂时间的延迟均呈下降趋势,相对临界游泳速度随首次投喂时间的延迟表现为先提高后降低的趋势,绝对临界游泳速度在延迟投喂2d以内无显著差异;继续喂养实验结束时处理组各指标逐渐接近对照组水平,两种临界游泳速度表现为同步变化趋势;另外,体长特定生长率相对百分比(SGRL%)的变化幅度小于身体含能量特定生长率相对百分比(SGRE%)的变化幅度,而绝对临界游泳速度相对百分比(Ucrit%)的变化又小于体长特定生长率相对百分比的变化。结果表明:早期食物资源的短缺会导致南方鲇仔鱼体重、身体含能量产生明显变化,体长生长速度的变化则相对较小,而短期饥饿不会显著降低南方鲇仔鱼的游泳能力。  相似文献

利用自制的温度梯度产生装置,研究了禾谷缢管蚜Rhopalosiphum padi、麦长管蚜Sitobion avenae和麦二叉蚜Schizaphis graminum在寄主植物叶片温度梯度上栖息、爬行和取食时的躲避临界高温。温度梯度内,麦蚜在小于等于温度T的温度区域内的累积栖息分布量占温度梯度场内蚜虫栖息总量的百分比Pa=90%时,则把T记为栖息躲避临界高温。将蚜虫在温度梯度内从低温端向高温端爬行的过程中,受到热刺激后调转运动方向时的温度定义为蚜虫爬行时的躲避临界高温。将蚜虫在温度逐渐升高的叶片上取食时拔出口针开始挣扎逃跑时的温度定义为蚜虫取食时的躲避临界高温。为研究麦蚜栖息和爬行时的躲避临界高温,在盛有水的搪瓷托盘一端下方置一盏白炽灯加热水温,在漂浮于水面的小麦叶片上产生了叶片温度梯度,用照相机记录蚜虫在温度梯度内栖息时的分布状态。为研究麦蚜取食时的躲避临界高温,在盛有水的塑料培养皿的下方设置一盏白炽灯用于加热水温,在漂浮于水面的小麦叶片上产生逐渐升高的温度。两个装置的温度设置均可通过调节白炽灯泡顶端与托盘或培养皿底部的距离来控制,用红外测温仪测量叶片上的温度。试验明确了3种麦蚜的栖息躲避临界高温,在26-43℃的叶片温度梯度内,禾谷缢管蚜、麦长管蚜和麦二叉蚜成蚜累积栖息分布达90%的临界高温分别为30.2、28.8℃和27.3℃,用Sigmoidal函数模型描述了麦蚜在温度梯度内的累积分布百分率与温度之间的关系。测定了3种麦蚜爬行和取食时的躲避临界高温,禾谷缢管蚜、麦长管蚜和麦二叉蚜爬行时的躲避临界高温分别为42.0、39.1℃和38.5℃;取食时的躲避临界高温分别为39.3、40.2℃和39.0℃。试验表明,3种蚜虫中禾谷缢管蚜较耐高温。讨论了温度梯度本身的设置、湿度控制、供试蚜虫种群的不同对麦蚜在温度梯度内行为可能造成的影响,并指出在温度梯度中,研究麦蚜若蚜蜕皮、成蚜生殖及有翅蚜和无翅蚜对适宜温度的选择将是今后继续开展的工作内容。本研究的结果为提高麦蚜田间调查取样及预测预报的准确度提供了依据,同时也为今后开展其它昆虫对环境高温的行为对策研究提供方法上的参考。  相似文献

Cytokinins N6-benzyladenine (BA) and 1-(2-chloropyridin-4-yl)-3-phenylurea (4PU-30) delayed the senescence of detached leaves (3rd to 7th leaf node) of wild and ethylene insensitive eti5 mutant of Arabidopsis thaliana. The novel anticytokinins, structural analogues of purine and phenylurea cytokinins also affected the senescence of detached rosette leaves of A. thaliana. They diminished to a significant extent the cytokinin-induced delay of chlorophyll destruction, but without a considerable difference in their action against both types of cytokinins. These results correlated with changes observed in ribonuclease (RNase) activity.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to examine the bioactivity and the conformational behavior of some gomesin (Gm) analogues in different environments that mimic the biological membrane/water interface. Thus, manual peptide synthesis was performed by the solid-phase method, antimicrobial activity was evaluated by a liquid growth inhibition assay, and conformational studies were performed making use of several spectroscopic techniques: CD, fluorescence and EPR. [TOAC1]-Gm; [TOAC1, Ser2,6,11,15]-Gm; [Trp7]-Gm; [Ser2,6,11,15, Trp7]-Gm; [Trp9]-Gm; and [Ser2,6,11,15, Trp9]-Gm were synthesized and tested. The results indicated that incorporation of TOAC or Trp caused no significant reduction of antimicrobial activity; the cyclic analogues presented a β-hairpin conformation similar to that of Gm. All analogues interacted with negatively charged SDS both above and below the detergent's critical micellar concentration (cmc). In contrast, while Gm and [TOAC1]-Gm required higher LPC concentrations to bind to micelles of this zwitterionic detergent, the cyclic Trp derivatives and the linear derivatives did not seem to interact with this membrane-mimetic system. These data corroborate previous results that suggest that electrostatic interactions with the lipid bilayer of microorganisms play an important role in the mechanism of action of gomesin. Moreover, the results show that hydrophobic interactions also contribute to membrane binding of this antimicrobial peptide.  相似文献

摘要 目的:探讨全胸腔镜下肺叶切除(VATS)联合系统淋巴清扫对肺癌患者血清疼痛相关因子和免疫功能的影响,并分析预后的影响因素。方法:选择我院于2014年3月~2016年3月期间收治的肺癌患者116例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各58例。对照组患者给予传统开胸肺叶切除联合系统淋巴清扫治疗,研究组给予VATS联合系统淋巴清扫治疗,对比两组手术相关指标、血清疼痛相关因子和免疫功能,随访记录研究组患者5年生存率,分析预后的影响因素。结果:与对照组相比,研究组手术时间更长,术中出血量更少,术后住院时间、切口长度、引流时间更短(P<0.05)。两组术后1 d去甲肾上腺素(NE)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、P物质(SP)、皮质醇(Cor)水平均较术前升高,但研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后1 d CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均较术前降低,但研究组高于对照组,CD8+较术前升高,但研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。单因素分析结果可知:研究组患者的预后与组织分化、吸烟史、病灶直径、临床分期、清扫淋巴结个数有关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果可知:临床分期、清扫淋巴结个数是研究组患者预后的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:ATS联合系统淋巴清扫可减轻肺癌患者术后疼痛及免疫抑制,虽然手术时间更长,但可以改善其他围术期指标。此外,临床分期、清扫淋巴结个数是患者预后的影响因素,应引起临床重视。  相似文献
